Privacy notice
Last updated 4 October 2026
This notice explains what happens to your details when you contact us through this website.
What we collect
This website has no forms and doesn’t ask for your details. We only get them when you contact us:
- When you book a call: your name, email address, the time you choose and your answers to the booking questions.
- When you message us on Messenger: your Facebook name and what you send us.
- When you email us: your email address and what you send us.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to make your free website mockup if you ask for one, and to contact you about any work we then do for you. We don’t sell your details, and we don’t use them for advertising.
Who sees it
Only Minecia, plus the services that carry your details to us: Calendly for calls you book, the video-call service named in your booking, Meta for Messenger, and our email provider. Each has its own privacy policy, and they may store your details outside the Philippines. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which handles technical details such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while we’re talking with you or working on your project. If we don’t end up working together, we delete them once we no longer need them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn’t use cookies or advertising trackers. We count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies. When you book a call, you leave this website for Calendly’s booking page, and Calendly’s own cookie policy applies there.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email hello@minecia.com or message us on Messenger.
If you’re not happy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission.
